Returns

At Peptilon, we apply a strict returns policy due to the nature of our products.
Please read the information below carefully before placing an order.

1. No returns

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are not accepted
after an order has been placed and processed.

All sales are final. Therefore, always carefully check your order, delivery details,
and product selection before completing your purchase.

2. No refund for change of mind

Peptilon does not offer refunds for orders placed due to a change of mind,
an incorrect product choice, or an order that is no longer wanted afterwards.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this policy.

3. Damaged, incorrect, or missing order

If you receive an order that has been delivered damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible
via info@peptilon.com.

Preferably report this within 48 hours of receipt and always include:

  • your order number;
  • a clear description of the issue;
  • clear photos of the package, the shipping label, and the contents.

After reviewing the report, Peptilon may, at its own discretion, provide an appropriate solution,
such as product replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund.

4. Cancelling an order

An order can only be cancelled as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Research products

All Peptilon products are sold exclusively for research purposes.
Our products are not suitable for human consumption and are not intended for
medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use.

By placing an order, the customer declares that the products will be used exclusively
in accordance with this intended purpose.

6. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for correctly entering delivery details and checking the order
before completing the purchase.

Peptilon is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from
incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
