Peptilon aims to provide clear product information and documentation wherever available. This includes product names, quantities, research-only disclaimers and, where applicable, certificates of analysis or independent test documentation.

Order processing and fulfilment

Orders placed through Peptilon are processed through our online checkout system. Customers receive order confirmation and support communication by email. Where applicable, shipping updates and tracking information are provided after dispatch.

In case of stock delays, shipping delays or fulfilment issues, Peptilon contacts customers with an update and, where appropriate, offers a solution such as delayed fulfilment, replacement options or refund options.

Peptilon does not intentionally accept orders without the intention to fulfil them. If an order cannot be completed,
we will communicate with the customer and resolve the situation as fairly as possible.

Shipping, customs and delivery

Peptilon ships orders according to the shipping information provided during checkout and on our shipping page. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier handling, customs clearance and local delivery conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered research materials may legally be imported, possessed and used in their jurisdiction. Customs delays, inspections or seizures may occur outside Peptilon’s control.

Third-party security and reputation classifications

Some third-party security, reputation or domain classification tools may use automated systems to assess new websites. These systems can sometimes display incomplete, outdated or incorrect information, especially shortly after a website launch.

Peptilon actively reviews and corrects inaccurate third-party classifications where possible. We can provide evidence of legitimate business activity, including company information, domain ownership, order records, customer support communication, product documentation and fulfilment information.

Peptilon has contacted relevant reputation and security vendors to request review and correction of incorrect classifications. FortiGuard and alphaMountain have reviewed and reclassified our website.

Incorrect claims and clarification

Peptilon is aware that automated or third-party sources may sometimes display inaccurate claims about new or recently launched online stores. The following claims do not reflect Peptilon’s standard business practices:

Orders confirmed but intentionally not shipped
Wrong items deliberately shipped
Counterfeit or heavily downgraded substitutes
Damaged, used or clearly non-new goods intentionally supplied

Peptilon keeps order, customer support and fulfilment records and can provide evidence to relevant verification parties when needed. If a customer experiences an issue, we ask them to contact us directly so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

We welcome genuine customer feedback. Reviews should always be written by real customers, from their own device and location, and based on their actual experience.
