At Peptilon, we ensure fast, careful, and discreet processing of every order.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed as soon as possible after payment has been received. Once your order has been
confirmed and paid, it is usually prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders placed on business days before 15:00
may, where possible, be processed the same day.

2. Delivery times

The exact delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected carrier. Within the Netherlands and Belgium,
orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days after the package has been shipped.

For other European destinations, delivery may take longer. Any stated delivery times are always
indicative and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, customs procedures, or other circumstances
beyond our control.

3. Shipping area

Peptilon ships to the Netherlands, Belgium, and other countries within Europe, unless otherwise stated during
checkout.

For international shipments, different delivery times, shipping costs, and conditions may apply.

4. Discreet packaging

All orders are discreetly packaged. No
unnecessary product information or conspicuous branding is displayed on the outside of the package.

This ensures that your order is delivered carefully and as discreetly as possible.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination and the order value.

Peptilon may offer free shipping from a minimum order value of €250.

6. Track & trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, if available.
This allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.

If tracking temporarily shows no updates, this does not automatically mean that the shipment is lost.
Carriers sometimes process scans with a delay.

7. Delays

Although Peptilon aims for fast delivery, we cannot provide absolute guarantees regarding delivery times.
Delays may arise due to carriers, weather conditions, public holidays, inspections, or
logistical disruptions.

A delay in delivery does not automatically entitle you to compensation or cancellation, unless mandatory
law provides otherwise.

8. Incorrect address

The customer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address. If an incorrect or incomplete
address is provided, Peptilon cannot be held liable for delays, failed delivery, or
additional shipping costs.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional costs for reshipment
may be charged.

9. Missing or damaged shipments

If you receive an order damaged, incomplete, or not at all, please contact us within
48 hours of receipt or after the expected delivery date at
info@peptilon.com.

Always include your order number and, where possible, send clear photos of the packaging and contents.
We carefully review every report and look for an appropriate solution.

10. Research purposes

All Peptilon products are intended exclusively for research purposes and are
not suitable for human consumption.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that the products are purchased and used exclusively
in accordance with this intended purpose.
