you agree to these general terms and conditions.
1. Use of products
All products offered by Peptilon are intended exclusively for
research purposes. Our products are intended solely for
use in controlled research, laboratory, or analytical applications.
Peptilon products are not suitable for human consumption
and are not intended for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use.
By placing an order, the buyer declares that he or she is aware of
this restriction and will use the products exclusively for legitimate research purposes.
2. Orders
By placing an order with Peptilon, the customer confirms that:
- the order is lawful;
- the products are purchased exclusively for research purposes;
- the products will not be used for human or animal administration;
- all information provided is complete and correct.
Peptilon reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel orders
if there is doubt about the intended use, the accuracy of the information, or the lawfulness
of the order.
3. Prices and payment
All prices on the Peptilon website are stated in euros, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped.
Peptilon reserves the right to ship an order only after payment has been fully
received and verified.
If a payment is reversed, refused, or found to be incomplete, Peptilon is entitled
to cancel the order.
4. Shipping and delivery
Peptilon aims to process and ship orders within a reasonable period.
Any stated delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline.
Delay in shipping or delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to compensation,
cancellation, or refund, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer at the moment of
delivery to the specified delivery address.
5. Returns and refunds
Due to the nature of the products, returns are not accepted
after the order has been shipped, unless Peptilon has confirmed otherwise in writing.
If an order is delivered damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer must report this in writing within
48 hours of receipt via info@peptilon.com,
stating the order number and providing clear photos of the issue.
Peptilon assesses delivery complaints on a case-by-case basis and may, at its own discretion, proceed with replacement,
partial credit, or another appropriate solution.
6. Not suitable for consumption
The customer expressly acknowledges that all Peptilon products:
- are not intended for human consumption;
- are not intended for injection, ingestion, or any other form of administration to humans or animals;
- may only be handled by persons with sufficient knowledge of laboratory and research practices.
The customer is fully responsible for safe use, storage, processing, and compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations.
7. Liability
Peptilon is not liable for damage resulting from:
- incorrect, unsafe, or improper use of products;
- use in violation of these terms and conditions;
- use outside research purposes;
- human or animal application of the products;
- indirect or consequential damage, including loss of profit, data, research results, or business operations.
To the extent that Peptilon is liable, such liability is limited to a maximum of the invoice amount
of the relevant order, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Product information
Peptilon strives to display product information, descriptions, and availability as accurately as possible.
Obvious errors, typographical errors, pricing errors, or incorrect statements do not bind Peptilon.
Peptilon reserves the right to change information on the website at any time without
prior notice.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Peptilon website, including texts, product descriptions, logos, images,
design, and documentation, is the property of Peptilon or its licensors.
It is not permitted to copy, publish, distribute, or commercially use material from the website without prior written permission.
10. Refusal of service
Peptilon reserves the right to refuse service, block accounts, or
cancel orders at any time if there is reason to do so, including suspected misuse, fraud,
or use in violation of these terms and conditions.
11. Applicable law
These general terms and conditions and all agreements with Peptilon are governed exclusively by
Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
